Aytan Mouradova, Vice-President of the Association Dialogue France-Azerbaïdjan, and in charge of cultural programming at the Azerbaijani Embassy in France, complains of “no funds” and of being “targeted by Armenians”.
As a reminder, after investigating nearly 16,000 transactions worth a total of 2.5 billion euros, media outlets such as OCCRP and the Guardian wrote that Azerbaijan was the source of a vast system of money laundering and corruption in Europe.
